Adding to SZA’s success, her recent release ‘LANA’ contributed significantly to this achievement, with its 15 new tracks generating 105,000 units on their own.

The holiday season is in full swing on the Billboard 200, with Christmas albums occupying five of the top 10 positions. Michael Bublé’s perennial favorite ‘Christmas’ surged to #2 with 100,000 units, representing a 47% increase. The album, which has previously topped the chart for five weeks, has now accumulated a remarkable 7.8 million total units.

Classic holiday collections continue to perform strongly, with Bing Crosby’s ‘Ultimate Christmas’ reaching a new peak at #3. Nat King Cole’s ‘The Christmas Song’ returned to its highest position at #4, moving 84,000 units (up 56%), while Mariah Carey’s ‘Merry Christmas’ climbed to #6 with 76,000 units (up 36%).

Kendrick Lamar’s ‘GNX’ holds steady in the top 5, selling 76,000 units, while Taylor Swift’s ‘THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT’ maintains its presence at #7, adding 74,000 units to its impressive total of 6.9 million. The ‘Wicked’ soundtrack, featuring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, remains strong at #8 with 71,000 units.

Rounding out the top 10, ‘A Christmas Gift for You From Phil Spector’ jumped to #9 with 70,000 units (up 60%), and Frank Sinatra’s ‘Ultimate Christmas’ reached #10 with 63,000 units (up 55%). This achievement extends Sinatra’s record for the most top 10 albums by a male soloist in Billboard history.

The week’s chart demonstrates both the enduring power of holiday classics and the continued commercial success of contemporary artists, with SZA’s dominance particularly noteworthy as she maintains her grip on the Billboard 200’s top position.
