T.I. Sues Sabrina Peterson for Defamation Over Sexual Abuse Allegations

Rapper T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., has filed a defamation lawsuit against Sabrina Peterson, marking a new chapter in their years-long legal and public feud. The move comes after Peterson made incendiary accusations against T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, alleging the couple engaged in drugging and sexually abusing women—a claim the Harrises have consistently denied.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, T.I. alleges that Peterson launched a campaign of defamation against him and his family following the dissolution of their personal and professional relationship. He claims they distanced themselves from Peterson, citing her as a negative influence, which led her to retaliate with “false and damaging” statements on social media.

Peterson first made headlines in 2021, accusing T.I. of holding a gun to her head during an altercation years prior. She later expanded her allegations, claiming the couple had drugged and sexually assaulted multiple women. These claims sparked public outrage and legal scrutiny but have yet to lead to criminal charges.

In his lawsuit, T.I. categorically denies all allegations, describing them as “baseless and defamatory.” He accuses Peterson of weaponizing social media to spread misinformation and harass him, Tiny, and their family. T.I. further alleges Peterson has a pattern of targeting others with similar campaigns, some of whom, he says, have sought legal protection against her actions.

While the allegations caused significant reputational damage for the Harrises, they have continued to deny wrongdoing, emphasizing their intention to clear their names. In a 2021 statement, T.I. said, “We vehemently deny all these appalling allegations. These are nothing more than salacious, fabricated stories.”

Peterson, for her part, has not publicly responded to the new lawsuit but has previously maintained her accusations against the couple.
