Timothée Chalamet shared old photographs on his Instagram account, including one of himself as a kid posing with his father, Marc Chalamet, a journalist who is now 72, wearing a Yankees cap and graying hair.
People have noticed that Timothée’s father resembles Jeffrey Epstein in old photos, which has sparked shock and jokes, some of which have been deemed disrespectful.
“I had a heart attack, I thought that was Jeffrey Epstein,” one person tweeted. “Okay, I thought that was Epstein for a second,” a person tweeted. “I had a jump scare, I thought it was someone else,” a person tweeted.
