The global K-pop sensation, TWICE, began their North American leg of the ‘THIS IS FOR World Tour’ over the weekend with their back-to-back concerts, both of which were sold out, at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada.

The concert kicked off with “THIS IS FOR,” and it continued to maintain its intensity with “Strategy,” “MAKE ME GO,” “FANCY,” “The Feels,” and “YES or YES.” “Likey” was another song performed, and it is heavily connected to Vancouver, as its music video was shot there. A new addition to the lineup is “TAKEDOWN” by K-Pop Demon Hunters.

The event, which featured more than 30 songs, showcased TWICE’s new 360-degree in-round stage, making the audience feel as if they were part of the performance throughout the arena. The members of the group, comprising Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, performed and energized the crowd, giving ON.

The THIS IS FOR World Tour continues this week with back-to-back shows in Seattle, Oakland, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Orlando, Boston, and Chicago, among other cities. Due to overwhelming demand, the North American run also includes four shows at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum and three nights at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York.

After the tour in North America, TWICE will move on to Asia with three sold-out performances at the Taipei Dome in Taiwan. The group will then rewrite history in Japan with three performances at the Japan National Stadium (MUFG Stadium) in Tokyo, marking the first time an overseas artist will perform a solo concert there. This will happen after the completion of the Ready To Be tour with two sold-out concerts at the Nissan Stadium in Japan in July 2024, where they attracted more than 140,000 fans and made history as the first K-pop female group to perform there.

The tour moves into 2026, with shows in Europe and the United Kingdom, including Lisbon, Barcelona, Paris, and Berlin, and concludes on June 4 at The O2 in London.

The previous year saw the release of the fourth studio album THIS IS FOR from TWICE that entered the top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart, marking thegroup’ss seventh consecutive top-10 album. The group contributed to the popular film soundtracks on Netflix, including the title “K-Pop Demon Hunters.” The special version of the song “TAKEDOWN” for the film’s ending scene, as well as behind-the-scenes footage in the studio, was recorded by the members Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung.

The song reached No.58 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The soundtrack song “Strategy” reached No.TWICE began the “THIS IS FOR World Tour” last fall with two consecutive sold-out concerts in Seoul.

Then, in late 2025, the group held concerts in Australia, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. The group had a sold-out performance in Kaohsiung National Stadium in front of 55,000 audience members. In 2025, the group became the first K-pop group to perform at Lollapalooza Chicago and the first K-pop girl group to perform at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
