Vietnamese Refugee Phi Pham Will Be Deported After Risking His Life To Fight Fires in California

Phi Pham is a Vietnamese refugee and formerly incarcerated firefighter. In June, Phi should have walked into the arms of his loved ones.

California transferred him to ICE. Now, the Federal immigration court just ordered Phi Pham to be deported after he put his life on the line as an incarcerated firefighter and now he will be sent to a country he has never stepped foot in.
