Voyagers: Lily-Rose Depp and Tye Sheridan Talk New Film

Voyagers takes place in the future. The human race is at stake and a group of young men and women, bred for intelligence and obedience, embark on an expedition to colonize a distant planet.

After uncovering disturbing secrets about the mission, they defy their training and begin to explore their most primitive natures.  As life on the ship descends into chaos, they’re consumed by fear, lust, and the insatiable hunger for power.

The film stars Tye Sheridan, Lily-Rose Depp, Fionn Whitehead,Chanté Adams, Isaac Hempstead Wright, Viveik Kalra, Archie Madekwe, Quintessa Swindell, Madison Hu, and Colin Farrell.

We had the opportunity to talk to Lily Rose-Depp and Tye Sheridan about their upcoming film. Depp and Sheridan spoke on the current state of humanity. They both revealed if they would go on a space mission to save the human race knowing they would die on the spaceship or stay on earth and live out there last days. Depp and Sheridan also hinted on working in the future with each other.

Voyagers was written and directed by Neil Burger. Lionsgate and AGC Studios present, in association with Fibonacci Films, Freecss Films Unlimited and Ingenious Media, a Thunder Road Films and Nota Bene Films production. 

The film is set to release on April 9, 2021.
