Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone will not file criminal charges after 3-year-old Aziz Ahmed was Mauled to death by two illegal owned pit bulls in his backyard

Aziz Ahmed, 3, was viciously attacked and murdered by two illegally owned pitbulls earlier this month. He was playing in his backyard when the attacked occurred. Ahmed mother, Shabana Mohammad fought with all she had to save her son despite her efforts to save her son his injuries were to severe even with the help of the first responders.

Shabana still in critical condition fighting for her life. She needs multiple more surgeries, she will never fully recover from the scars.

My Central Jersey reported that criminal charges will not be filed in the death of 3-year-old Aziz Ahmed.

Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone sent a letter to supporters of the Ahmed family who contacted her office. The letter claimed “no law has been violated. Thus, despite the well-intended demands for justice, no charges will presently be filed.”
