Will Smith Has Been Banned From The Oscars For The Next 10 Years After Slapping Chris Rock

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Board of Governors decided on Friday that actor Will Smith will not be able to attend the Oscars or any related events for 10 years after he slapped Chris Rock during the ceremony on March 27th, Deadline reports. Smith, who won the Oscar for Best Actor for his role in King Richard, resigned from the Academy on April 1st.
