Three white students at Woodsboro High School allegedly dressed up as Ku Klux Klan members and shocked one of their black classmates with a Taser or stun gun on Halloween night.

The students are currently facing no charges and the Woodsboro school district issued a statement saying they will not be disciplining the suspects because it occurred off campus.

Attorney Matt Manning representing the alleged victim hasn’t identified his client or the alleged perpetrators because they are all minors. Manning did reveal the three students who allegedly attacked his client are on the Woodsboro High School football team.

The Texas Rangers will be investigating this incident. We will keep you updated on this developing story.
