Yasmine Lopez, mother to a 10-month-old boy, will be allowed limited visitation after losing custody to her ex-partner, Christian Wood. The decision comes after Wood was awarded sole custody due to Lopez’s absence during a crucial court hearing.
According to reports from Radar Online, Lopez has been granted a mere 3 hours per week to spend with her infant son. The visitation arrangement mandates that Lopez can see the child three times a week for one hour each, under strict supervision. Moreover, all visits are to take place at Christian Wood’s residence.
The court order outlined specific guidelines, emphasizing Lopez’s obligation to ensure a peaceful conclusion to each visit. “Lopez shall arrive and leave after the visit concludes peacefully,” the order stated, underscoring the need for a respectful and orderly visitation process.
This decision follows a series of legal disputes between Yasmine Lopez and Christian Wood, culminating in Wood being granted a three-year restraining order against Lopez. The restraining order was issued after Lopez was found guilty of vandalizing Wood’s property, highlighting the acrimonious nature of their relationship.
