WWE announced Friday evening that Zelina Vega had been released from the promotion. Right after, Vega tweeted her support for unionization.
The company wrote, “WWE has come to terms on the release of Zelina Vega. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”

Vega has been involved with third party media services, including Twitch, and her new OnlyFans account.
WWE have received a lot of criticism for demanding their stars to cease relationships with third-party outlets.
WWE megastar, Paige also commented about the third party media services last month.
Heartbreaking to hear Paige open up about WWE / Twitch situations. WWE needs to make this right. https://t.co/lJLdZAWVSR

Zelina Vega quitting / being released is a big indication that WWE has handle the Twitch / Third Party situation even more poorly than what we expected. Smh.
More stars will stand up like Zelina and Paige. Unfortunately might even lead to more releases too.
