Zulma I. Figueroa Córdova And Luis Ángel Colón Colón Arrested After Refusing To Fill Out COVID-19 Travel Form

53-year old Zulma I. Figueroa Córdova and her husband Luis Ángel Colón Colón have been arrested after the couple locked themselves in their car in Caguas, Puerto Rico, after they allegedly refused to fill out a COVID-19 travel declaration form, according to local police.

The couple managed to enter the island without presenting the documents to the Health personnel.
