Beyoncé and Rihanna finish in the top ten in highest earning income for women in music, according to Forbes.

After topping the list last year with an eye-popping $105 million dollars pretax, Beyonce landed in third place on the 2018 list with an earning of $60 million. She made most of her money through her iconic Coachella performance, the joint album with husband JAY-Z, Everything is Love, and the Carters’ On The Run II Tour.

Beyoncé Parkwood Entertainment company has recently acquired all of her popular athleisure clothing label Ivy Park, splitting from Topshop, which reportedly owned half of the line and helped launch the clothing line in 2016.

In a statement, Ivy Park noted that Topshop stores will fulfill any existing orders for their clothing, but that the label was now separate: “After discussions of almost a year, Parkwood has acquired 100 percent of the Ivy Park brand.”

She also bought a church in New Orleans earlier this year. The church was built in 1900 and was sitting empty after the deaths of many of its worshippers, according to the New Orleans Times–Picayune. The stone building with 7,500 square feet of interior space and 18-foot ceilings was listed for $850,000.

Rihanna was ranked 7th on the Forbes list bringing in $37.5 million dollars. Rihanna hasn’t put any music out this year but her Cosmetics and Lingerie collections keep her comfortable. Fenty Beauty has made over $100 million dollars this year. She also debuted her SavagexFenty line at New York Fashion Week. The show displayed different beautiful women in all shape of sizes shining in the biggest week of fashion.

The Barbados Goddess was also named the “Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary” of Barbados. She was also building a hospital in Malawi. Rihanna has been in the studio as of late. So the Navy can expect some new music in 2019.
