2022 Miss Universe finalist Sienna Weir of Australia passed away at 23 after being involved in a horseback riding accident, The New York Post reports.
Sienna Weir’s horse fell while she was riding at Windsor Polo Grounds in Australia on April 2nd.
According to multiple reports, she was injured and placed on life support for several weeks before being removed on Thursday, May 4.
Scoop Management, Weir’s talent agency, was among many who took to Instagram to express their condolences for her untimely death.
The Australian fitness model has always had a passion for horseback riding. Sienna Weir revealed to Gold Coast Magazine that she fell in love with horses when she was three years old and has since pursued it as a hobby.
When the tragic news of Sienna Weir’s passing broke, several fans started commenting on her Instagram posts. Sienna Weir was one of 27 finalists in the 2022 Australian Miss Universe pageant.
