The pop supergroup XG will continue its second worldwide tour this fall, with seven concerts scheduled across North America starting November 3rd in Oakland, California.
The tour titled “XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE” will feature six North American stops in different cities of the U.S. and Canada, ending on November 22 in Mexico City. Other cities on the tour include Los Angeles, Chicago, Hamilton (Ontario), Newark, New Jersey, and Dallas.
North America comes after the band’s tour in Japan, where the artists performed sold-out shows in multiple cities, including Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya.
The tour will follow historic appearances at the Coachella festival last April, when the first-ever Japanese artists to headline the SAHARA Stage at such an iconic event received wide acclaim from fans. XG will perform at the upcoming Head in the Clouds festival in Los Angeles next August.
The tour will be after the release of their full-length debut album, “THE CORE 核,” which debuted on the Billboard 200. Their latest pre-release song “GALA” is the group’s third Top 40 U.S. radio hit after their previously released “LEFT RIGHT” that spent 13 weeks on the chart and “WOKE UP”. “GALA” was voted Billboard’s favorite song on its launch week by fans while entering the Top 10 list of Billboard’s Dance Digital Song Sales.
The general on-sale of tickets will begin on May 29 at 10 a.m. local time via xgalx.com/xg/tour/thecore. Meanwhile, the ALPHAZ Paid Members Presale runs from May 27 at 10 a.m. to May 28 at 10 p.m. local time on xg.pasch.fan.
