Al Pacino’s Baby Mama Noor Alfallah Files Legal Documents Over Child Custody

Following the birth of their three-month-old son, Roman Alfallah Pacino, Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah reportedly split up. Noor, 29, has officially filed legal papers in Los Angeles seeking full physical custody of their child.

She reportedly expresses her desire in her filings for Al, who is 83 years old, to be granted reasonable visitation with their son.

Noor has stated that she is willing to give Al joint legal custody of their infant, allowing him to have a say in their child’s education, religion, medical treatment, and other important aspects of his upbringing.

Noor included a document titled Voluntary Declaration of Parentage in the legal filing, which was reportedly signed by both her and Al six days after the birth of their son.

According to The Blast, this document, signed in the presence of a third-party witness, confirmed Al as the child’s father.

Noor has also requested that Al pay her attorney’s fees and any other costs associated with the case, though a specific child support amount was not specified in the legal documents.

However, these documents state that the court may issue orders for child support and an earnings assignment without further notice to either party. According to The Blast, there is no indication that Al is opposed to these requests.

Noor’s relationship with Al began around April 2022, with reports claiming that it blossomed during the Covid-19 pandemic. According to Page Six, Noor gave birth to their son, Roman Alfallah Pacino, on June 6th, 2023, at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

Prior to dating Al, Noor was linked to Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger from 2017 to 2018, with Page Six reporting that they began dating while Mick’s then-girlfriend Melanie Hamrick was pregnant with their child. The publication also reported that Noor previously had a relationship with billionaire Nicolas Berggruen.

Noor, a Beverly Hills native who attended the UCLA School of Film and Television, later moved into film production, launching a promising career.

Al Pacino has had a number of high-profile relationships throughout his life, but he has never been married. He had three other children: Olivia and Anton, who are 22 years old, with Beverly D’Angelo, and Julie, who is 33 years old, with Jan Tarrant.
