Angela Bassett will make more than $450,000 per episode for the fifth season of “9-1-1,” making her one of the highest paid actors on network television and potentially the highest paid actress of color in broadcast history, according to Deadline.
Bassett reportedly making north of $450k an episode. That is among the top salaries on network TV for any actor.
Hit series 9-1-1 returns for its fifth season on Monday, Sept. 20 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), followed by the series premiere of uplifting drama THE BIG LEAP (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), starring Scott Foley, Simone Recasner, Piper Perabo, Ser’Darius Blain and Teri Polo. )
