A former conservative political influencer claims that Elon Musk spoke about using his Starlink satellite system for covert purposes in the lead-up to the 2024 US Presidential Election. This person also claims that Musk has shown her real-time voting data from his own America PAC.
Ashley St. Clair, who has identified herself as a MAGA influencer for close to 10 years, made these claims in a TikTok video detailing supposed private chats she’s had with Elon Musk, beginning in October 2024.
St. Clair claims that Elon Musk informed her he intended to reveal an anomaly in the matrix comprising 10,000 lasers in space, which she says he referred to as Starlink. He reportedly told her that it would be “not a piece they’ll see on the chessboard.” She says she did not wish to ask any further questions, as it would subject her to deposition, but he reportedly told her, “Very wise.”
St. Clair also claims that Elon Musk provided her internal America PAC information around this time regarding what she referred to as real-time delta vote metrics. She states that this data was very impressive, given that her previous work with campaigns only involved primitive voter contact through unreliable door-knocking vendors.
During the election night, St. Clair reportedly found herself at Mar-a-Lago as Elon Musk had already departed the premises. Musk apparently contacted her, claiming that his organization had the most impressive real-time election data that had let them know hours earlier that Trump would win the election.
“How do you have real-time data on elections?” St. Clair claims to have asked him in the video, as she appears confused about these claims.
St. Clair claims that she remained privately concerned while publicly endorsing Trump as a candidate. She reveals an internal ethical dilemma that led her to record every communication she received and send the records to a third party working on a larger project.
“I should also say that I have all of this backed up with many people with explicit instructions should anything happen to me,” St. Clair said.
This influencer claims that she has become increasingly aware of the impact of her political work on the country, especially after her contribution to making Dark MAGA possible by handing Musk a black MAGA hat, which led to a surge in sales at the Trump Campaign Store.
Despite her family being continually harassed and fears of being taken to court, St. Clair claims that she is still prepared to make these allegations because she wants to protect people from any future abuses through technology threatening democracy. Despite being offered payment to remain silent, she refused.
“I saw some [things], guys. Like, I saw some [things] that impact everyone,” she says, adding that she fears that there are no investigations or regulations surrounding these technological matters.
The influencer describes these allegations as similar to the Cambridge Analytica data scandal and believes the current situation is “a million times worse.”
