Baby Phat is making a comeback at Forever 21

With a pager message from “K.L.S.,” Forever 21 hinted at a return of Kimora Lee Simmons’ Baby Phat brand.

Kimora Lee Simmons is a business woman. When she was appointed President of BabyPhat in 2000 she was in the ranks of some of the 1st black female Presidents of million dollar business.

She made deals like the Motorola BabyPhat phone which was exclusive to Bloomingdale.

This demographic seems like the right for BabyPhat but the price point at Forever 21.

Lower price point usually means lower cost of production. I’m hoping the quality of BabyPhat is maintained at the Forever 21 price point.

We are all ready for this comeback this summer.
