An African-American man Antoine was arrested while being a passenger in the car his wife/girlfriend Heather Janney was driving on Friday.
Heather was pulled over yesterday because she was driving 45mph in a 30mph zone in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
This should have been a very simple speeding tickets and everybody should go back to their separate ways. Instead police officers harassed and arrested her boyfriend Antoine because he refused to show his identification. Which he shouldn’t have to because he wasn’t driving and he did nothing unlawful.
From the video you can clearly see the officers trying force the passenger out of his car. Their infant child was in the car while all of this was going down as well.

Heather says they are lawyering up. Also, cops told TMZ they arrested Antoine because he resisted arrest and has 2 outstanding warrants. They didn’t tell the outlet why they wanted to his ID in the first place.
