Rare Breed Entertainment, one of the undisputed top leagues in battle rap culture announced in February the Cassidy versus Hitman Holla battle.

The two will deck it out in Atlanta on April 3rd. This event will be open to the public. You can also watch it on pay-per-view for $50 dollars.
