Chris Brown Sued Following Alleged Backstage Assault at Concert

Chris Brown is facing legal action once again. Four men have filed a lawsuit against the singer, alleging they were assaulted by Brown and his entourage following a concert this past weekend. The Buzbee Law Firm, representing the alleged victims, released a scathing statement condemning Brown’s history of violence.

“Chris Brown has a long history of violence,” the statement reads. “He has been arrested or accused of assault on at least ten occasions. Enough! The Buzbee Law Firm filed suit this morning on behalf of the four men brutalized this last weekend in the hope of obtaining justice for these victims and putting an end, once and for all, to Brown’s intolerable and thuggish behavior.”

The lawsuit comes on the heels of the concert in Fort Worth, Texas. According to the Buzbee Law Firm, all four men filed police reports after the alleged incident. One of the men remains hospitalized for injuries sustained during the altercation.

This isn’t the first time Brown has been embroiled in legal trouble. Most famously, in 2009, he was arrested and charged with felony assault and making criminal threats against his then-girlfriend Rihanna. The incident garnered significant media attention and severely tarnished Brown’s public image.

While it remains to be seen if Brown and his crew will face criminal charges in this latest incident, the lawsuit serves as another blow to the singer’s reputation. Brown’s history of violence casts a long shadow, and this lawsuit suggests that the alleged victims are determined to hold him accountable for their injuries.
