David Lance Dukes: Police Officer Fired and Arrested After A Video Of Him Stomping On A Man Head In South Carolina Goes Viral

A fired Orangeburg public safety officer has been charged with first-degree assault and battery after he was accused of stomping on Clarence Gailyard’s, 58, head and neck during a July 26th encounter. David Lance Dukes, 38, was taken into custody July 31st.
