Today, Disney+ released a cool new trailer for the Lucasfilm show “Star Wars: Ahsoka.” They revealed that the first two episodes of the series will premiere on August 23rd.

“Star Wars: Ahsoka” is set after the fall of the Empire and follows former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.
Rosario Dawson, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Ray Stevenson, Ivanna Sakhno, Diana Lee Inosanto, David Tennant, Lars Mikkelsen, and Eman Esfandi star in the series “Star Wars: Ahsoka.”
Dave Filoni, Steph Green, Peter Ramsey, Jennifer Getzinger, Geeta Vasant Patel, and Rick Famuyiwa direct the episodes. Dave Filoni, along with Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck, is the show’s head writer and executive producer. Karen Gilchrist is a co-executive producer on the project.
“Star Wars: Ahsoka” from Lucasfilm will be available exclusively on Disney+ on August 23rd.
