Erika Kirk, the new CEO of Turning Point USA, will have a private meeting with conservative commentator Candace Owens on Monday, December 15th, to discuss the issues at the center of their public feud.
The event follows Owens being criticized for sharing conjectural information concerning the death in September of Kirk’s husband in Orem, Utah. Owens raised possible insider connections, financial issues, and other speculation. The staff of Turning Point USA has rejected such claims. Kirk described such information as a ‘mind virus.’
Kirk wrote in a post on X, “Candace Owens and I are meeting for a private, in-person discussion on Monday, December 15. @RealCandaceO and I have agreed that public discussions, livestreams, and tweets are on hold until after this meeting. I look forward to a productive conversation. Thank you.”
Owens commented on Kirk’s post: “I am very much looking forward to this discussion. 🙌”
On December 15th, it will be clear whether this feud will simmer down or flare up again.
