A trailer for the upcoming 20th season of “Married at First Sight,” which premieres Sunday, July 12, was released by Peacock this week.

The season will bring the long-running social experiment to Seattle, where individuals will be married to strangers and given six weeks to learn and develop relationships.

The 20th season will include additional couples, a new group of relationship experts, and more dramatic stakes than previous seasons, producers promise.

Meet the cast of Peacock’s “Married at First Sight” 20th Season:

The two new experts for this season are Paul C. Brunson, a dating and relationship coach with more than 25 years of experience in love and relationship mentoring, and Dr. Lisa Paz, who has spent over 20 years as a marriage and family therapist with 10 years of clinical sex therapy expertise.

The season will be 20 episodes long and will start with the premier episode on July 12, but after that, it will have multi-episode drops every Thursday:

  • July 16: episodes 2 and 3
  • July 23: episodes 4, 5, and 6
  • July 30: episodes 7, 8, and 9
  • Aug. 6: episodes 10, 11, and 12
  • Aug. 13: episodes 13, 14, and 15
  • Aug. 20: episodes 16, 17, and 18
  • Aug. 27: Finale & Reunion

It has been confirmed that the series will be renewed for season 21, and the casting for season 21 is taking place in Charlotte, N.C. Those looking to apply for the season can do so via the show’s casting call here.

In “Married at First Sight,” individuals are married to someone they have never met and receive relationship advice and support throughout the wedding, honeymoon, and the rest of the experience until the couple can determine on Decision Day whether they want to stay married.

The series is produced by Kinetic Content, and the executive producers are Chris Coelen, Eric Detwiler, Montr Burton, Sarah Kane Bridge, Karrie Wolfe, and Katie Griffin.
