Florida PE Teacher Alexandra Munley Caught On Video Calling A Student The N-Word

A video of a Florida PE teacher calling a student the N-Word in the middle of class is circulating on social media.

The teacher got identified as Alexandra Munley, who teaches at Wellington Landings Middle School. In the video, it appears Munley is trying to figure out why her students have a problem with something during the middle of her class.

Wellington Landings Middle School has yet to release a statement or comment about Alexandra Munley’s video.

Alexandra Munley grew up in Philadelphia. She has a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Miami, a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester State University, and a Master of Science degree from Indiana State University. 

Munley is a retired certified athletic trainer who transitioned to teaching to spend more time with children. She completed coursework in conjunction with the University of West Florida en route to becoming a teacher. She’s also a soccer coach for VIP soccer at Okeeheelee AYSO Region 345.

In the video, it appears that she’s questioning why the students have a problem with one word but don’t have a problem with the n-word. It does not appear that she called a student any names at all.
