A video of a woman harassing a group of Indian women in Plano, Texas, is making its rounds on social media. Esmeralda Armendarez-Upton has been identified, as the woman making threats to Indian women.

Indrani Mukherjee, the woman who recorded and uploaded the footage to her Facebook, said that Esmeralda told them to “Go back to India. You curry-assed people are ruining this country”.
Mukherjee describes the situation in a Facebook post: “Dinner with friends ended with a frightening experience. As we left Sixty Vines, Plano, and headed towards our cars, an angry, drunk woman came at us with hateful racial slurs and even physically attacked us. We called 911, and thankfully the cops arrived in minutes.”
Mukherjee revealed she has been living in the Dallas-Forth Worth area for 29 years and never felt so humiliated, threatened, and scared for her life until this incident. She also revealed that this matter is under investigation, and they have been advised not to discuss this further at this time.
Esmeralda Armendarez-Upton is a realtor for California Federal Bank. She is a parishioner at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Plano, Texas.

She may be in the midst of a breakdown. Searching her name, I found the obituary of her husband in 2020. It doesn’t make what she is doing right at all, it is deplorable. It’s just a little more background on the person.

Had a similar incident in Plano, TX a few years ago. There are a lot of entitled, angry white women in this area. I had to call the police on her and her husband for harassing me in a public place. I was also concerned they were carrying a gun. Just like this woman, she was a realtor and lived in a tacky McMansion.

Plano has looked bad for a long time regardless. IN MY OPINION the police often are hesitant to write up crimes because it will add to the city’s crime stats, thus affecting the property values of the homeowners. But there’s crime there – massive crime. There is an odd mix of pretentious white people from middle class backgrounds, who carry heavy debt, who can’t afford to live in the Park Cities so they move to Plano thinking it’s “the next best thing” (It’s not). These people literally owe money for everything they have, their car payment, truck payment, McMansion mortgage. Because they are typically racist they are annoyed they have to live amongst other cultures and ethnicities. I’d say most are/were Trump voters, as well. It’s worth noting that quite a few of the Jan 6 criminals were from North Texas.
Austin – she’s clearly horrible, there’s no arguing that. But I think it’s unfair to say this reflects on the school her children go to. The children aren’t guilty of anything, and my guess is that her children are already humiliated by their mother’s actions and suffering because of it.
