A video of an Intex Auto Parts employee assaulting a food street vendor in San Jose, California, is going viral on social media.
In the video, you can see the employee damage the vendor’s items and hit the vendor with the bat as he told the vendor to leave. The employee also attempted to knock over the vendor’s cart. The vendor was pleading with the employee to take it easy. The employee told the vendor, “this is illegal,” and said, “you’re illegal,” in the video. At one point in the video, the employee threatens to spill the vendor’s lighter fluid on his items. After that, the employee proceeded to get in the vendor’s vehicle. The employee hits the man again with the bat after getting out of his car.
The video was posted by Tik Tok user (@erikloopez) earlier today.
