The man who went viral after being caught on video assaulting a food vendor outside of Intex Auto Parts got arrested, according to CBS Bay Area.
The San Jose Police Department arrived at the scene around 10:40 AM after they responded to a call about an assault with a deadly weapon.
The victim, a food vendor, reported he was attacked with a baseball bat by an employee of a nearby business, Intex Auto Parts.
The food vendor did not want to receive medical attention, and the extent of his injuries is unknown.
43-year-old Kin Tex Ho got arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and attempted carjacking, according to Michael’s (@TizzyEnt) Tik Tok account.
