Former Bossier Parish Teacher Lacey Oakes Charged For Inappropriate Behavior With A Student

The Bossier Sheriff’s Office detectives have reportedly arrested a teacher for showing inappropriate sexual images to a student and playing a sexually explicit game with students.

The high school teacher got identified as 36-year-old Lacey Oakes, according to Bossier Sheriff’s Office press release. She got arrested after an investigation into her behavior with students. Authorities revealed that Oakes had engaged in sexually explicit games with several other students and had shown a student sexual images. There was no evidence of Oakes having sexual contact with any of the students involved.

After her arrest on a warrant, Oakes got charged with Prohibited Sexual Conduct between Educator and Student, as well as Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile. In this case, a bond of $35,000 has got established.

Bossier Parish Schools no longer employs Lacey Oakes.
