The former Pro Bowl tight end was found guilty of one count felony rape of a 58-year-old woman. He was also found guilty of two other misdemeanors. The jury is still deliberating guilt or innocence on eight other counts.

Jury returns today in Kellen Winslow case. If remain deadlocked, Winslow facing 8 years on rape felony and six months each on exposure/lewd conduct misdemeanors. So 8-9 years max. Defense wanted deadlocked declared on remaining 8 counts (six felonies). Judge gave one more chance.
