A former preschool teacher in Mexico faces backlash after joining OnlyFans. Etzane Peña decided to join the explicit platform to help her mother pay her medical bills after she got diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013.

Peña revealed some of the medicine would cost her more than 20,000 pesos (more than $1,000) a month. She was able to afford some of her mother’s treatment with the money she was making from OnlyFans.
With Peña’s mother passing, she continues to use the platform to help her other family members. She pays for her brother’s degree and pays for another relative chemotherapy.
According to Etzane Peña’s OnlyFans bio, she remains in the top 1.8% of all creators.
