Grammy nominated and gold-certified Long Beach singer and songwriter GIVĒON shares a new Acoustic version of “Still Your Best” with a powerful accompanying music video. Watch the music video HERE via YouTube/VEVO.

About this version, he commented, “The inspiration behind this video was to make the listener feel like they’re in the room during a very tense conversation.”

In the intimate visual, he sings directly to his lover as the camera circles their heated emotional exchange in a 360-degree rotation. His intense expression accentuates the confessional verses with urgency and raw feeling, telling the story through the lyrics. Meanwhile, his voice coasts over stripped-down guitar as it rises and falls with pure passion. The original “Still Your Best” remains a standout from his critically acclaimed 2020 When It’s All Said And Done EP.

Meanwhile, he recently picked up his first gold plaque for the breakout single “LIKE I WANT YOU” which also is now his first top 10 single on the Billboard Adult R&B Songs chart and just cracked 9 million monthly listeners on Spotify, cementing him as one of the Top 500 Most-Listened To Artists on the platform.

GIVĒON’s debut EP “Take Time” is also nominated for Best R&B Album at 2021 GRAMMY AWARDS. Plus, he just received a nod for “Outstanding New Artist” at the 2021 NCAAP Image Awards.

The EP was released during height of the pandemic in March 2020 and yielded fan favorites such as “LIKE I WANT YOU” as well as “HEARTBREAK ANNIVERSARY,” “FAVORITE MISTAKE,” and more. He also incited widespread tastemaker applause.  UPROXX and OkayPlayer touted TAKE TIME among “The Best Albums of 2020 So Far.” Not to mention, he joined forces with Drake for “Chicago Freestyle,” which generated 231 million Spotify streams and counting.
