Hall of Fame inductee and Super Bowl champion quarterback, Doug Williams, is set to have a biopic developed on his life.
Doug Williams was the first black quarterback to win a Super Bowl when he defeated the Broncos in Super Bowl XXII
The biopic will produces by Will Packer and James Lopez through their company Will Packer Productions.
