The official teaser for HBO’s limited series THE REGIME, formerly known as “The Palace,” starring Academy Award® winner Kate Winslet, written by Will Tracy and directed by Stephen Frears and Jessica Hobbs, has been released.
The teaser was only shown today at the Max streaming service unveiling hosted by Warner Bros. Discovery on the Warner Bros. lot in Los Angeles.
The story of one year inside the palace of a modern European regime, as it begins to fall apart, is told in THE REGIME.
Danny Webb, David Bamber, Henry Goodman, Stanley Townsend, Louie Mynett, Rory Keenan, Karl Markovics, and Pippa Haywood have been added to the previously announced cast includes Winslet, Matthias Schoenaerts, Guillaume Gallienne, Andrea Riseborough, Martha Plimpton, and Hugh Grant.
Will Tracy is in charge of writing, executive producing, and running the show. The executive producers are Winslet, Frears, Frank Rich, and Tracey Seaward. Seth Reiss, Juli Weiner, Jen Spyra, Gary Shteyngart, and Sarah DeLappe are the writers, and Hobbs is a co-executive producer.
