Hunter Schafer Among 50 Arrested in Pro-Palestine Protest at Rockefeller Center

Hunter Schafer, a popular actor from HBO’s ‘Euphoria,’ was arrested on Tuesday for protesting pro-Palestine during President Joe Biden’s presentation on ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers.’

A photo circulating on social media depicts a handcuffed lady being carried by an officer, and some admirers believe it is the 25-year-old actor. However, authorities have yet to confirm the arrest.

According to reports, Schafer was one of 50 people detained on Monday during a demonstration in New York City organized by the Jewish Voice For Peace organization in solidarity with Palestine.

The protest allegedly took place at 30 Rockefeller Center, with the goal of disrupting President Biden’s scheduled appearance on Seth Meyers’ show.

The arrest of Schafer and others emphasizes the continued activity surrounding the Israeli-Palestinian issue, as well as grassroots groups’ commitment to magnify their views on a global scale, especially in the middle of high-profile events.

Hunter Schafer has been released from jail, following her arrest for protesting in support of Palestine with the Jewish Voice for Peace organization.
