Peter Spencer was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds on December 12th. Spencer planned a camping and hunting trip with a former coworker (a white man) and the coworker’s other friends (also all white).
Spencer’s fiancé dropped him off around 9pm on December 11th and never heard from him again. Around 2:26am on December 12th, police arrived to tell his fiancé that he had been found dead.
Pennsylvania State Police said a 25-year-old man was taken into custody and multiple guns were located at the scene, but no charges have been filed due to the suspect claiming self defense.
Pennsylvania State police are still investigating the death of Peter Spencer. They are waiting for autopsy results, toxicology reports, ballistic reports and lab results.
Peter’s sister, Tehilah Spencer said “Peter had 9 gunshot wounds, some to his head, and the rest of his body.”
