Instagram influencer Gabbie Gonzalez, 24, was arrested Monday on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime in Los Angeles County, TMZ reported.
The influencer, whose account features lifestyle content for nearly half a million Instagram followers, was arrested in Northern California before being transferred to a Los Angeles County jail, where she was booked.
TMZ stated that Gabbie would face arraignment on Tuesday in L.A. County for conspiracy to commit murder. It further revealed that her father, Francisco Gonzalez, was also arrested Monday in Florida on the same charges. According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, Gabbie was in a custody dispute with Jack regarding their 7-year-old daughter, Lavender, and her father had interfered. One of the witnesses reported Francisco saying that it would be easier if Jack were dead.
Among other things, Gabbie is known for her affair with Jack Avery, a member of Why Don’t We. The couple dated from 2018 until they had a baby in 2019, but soon after splitting up, they remained in a joint parenting arrangement.
In 2022, Gonzalez made public her engagement to Cody Clayburn, whom she later married. The marriage ended in divorce in 2024.
