The much-anticipated Indonesian film, “24 Hours with Gaspar,” directed by Yosep Anggi Noen, is finally hitting Netflix screens globally on March 14, 2024. Adapted from the novel by Indonesian author Sabda Armandio, this dystopian crime drama features a stellar cast, including Reza Rahadian, Laura Basuki, Shenina Cinnamon, Sal Priadi, Dewi Irawan, and Kristo Immanuel.
The film earned nine nominations at the 2023 Indonesian Film Festival, securing the prestigious Citra trophy for Best Adapted Screenplay (M. Irfan Ramli). Produced by Visinema Pictures and KawanKawan Media, with acclaimed director Angga Dwimas Sasongko as the executive producer, “24 Hours with Gaspar” premiered globally at the 28th Busan International Film Festival on October 6, 2023.
The narrative revolves around Gaspar, a private detective with only 24 hours to live. His race against time uncovers clues surrounding the mysterious disappearance of his childhood friend Kirana and leads to Wan Ali, entangled in a human trafficking syndicate. Gaspar, along with five others, embarks on a daring plan to rob a jewelry store in the final hours of his life.

The film will also be screened at the Singapore International Film Festival on December 4, 2023, and the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from November 30 to December 9, 2023.
