Amira Evans considers the physical attribute she once saw as a drawback to be the means to renovate her family home, take vacations, and travel by ship.
According to the 26-year-old blogger, who has thousands of followers, mostly short and submissive men, she has earned 5,500 British pounds in just two days to cover her mother’s bathroom renovation costs.
“It took only two days for me to make the money to buy her bathroom. It was about five and a half thousand Great British pounds,” Evans said.
Evans said the purchase carried extra meaning because she knows what a renovation of that size would cost an ordinary household.
“For an everyday person, you’d have to save up quite a lot to get any sort of work done in the house, especially in the UK,” she said. “My mum has to work hard just to survive, so there’s no way she would be able just to chuck, like, five grand towards a renovation.”
Her mother had saved a Pinterest board for the project and knew what she wanted, Evans said. Evans paid for the full transformation, including a new bath, fixtures, towels, a bath mat and accessories.
“She’d wanted it for years,” Evans said. “She had a clear vision and knew exactly what she wanted, a dark green, boutique hotel style bathroom.”
Her mother objected to the cost, Evans said.
“She said, ‘That’s too much, I don’t want you to spend that much money,'” Evans said. “But I told her she has to enjoy the fruits of my labor. She raised me and put me on this earth; it’s the least I can do.”
Because the family home has only one bathroom, Evans also paid to take her mother and sister to Zante, Greece, for five days while builders worked. She covered flights, a hotel, and a rental car.
“I just wanted us to be out of the house while the builders were there,” she said. “We came back to this beautiful finished bathroom. It’s nice to be able to do things like this for her.”
Custom content drives earnings.
Evans said her largest earnings come from custom content that subscribers request about her height.
“I’ve been asked quite a lot to measure my biceps and also wrestle as well,” she said. “A lot of them want to see comparison videos with short guys, height, feet, legs, our body weight, step on the scale.”
She charges $100 per minute for custom content, with a two-minute minimum, which lets her earn hundreds of dollars from a single request.
“Short men funded my mum’s dream bathroom,” Evans said. “I make money from personalized content and niche requests, and I’m able to use that income to give my family things they otherwise wouldn’t be able to do.”
The bathroom is the latest in a series of purchases. Evans said she paid last year for new downstairs flooring and a new kitchen. This year she bought her mother a 16-day Panama Canal cruise as a Christmas gift, along with flights between the United Kingdom and Los Angeles for the mother-daughter trip.
“My mum isn’t into designer things,” Evans said. “She appreciates experiences and things that improve her life. I’d rather give her something to look forward to or make her home nicer than buy her a handbag.”
Pride, and some discretion
Evans said her mother is proud of her but does not always tell extended family what her daughter does for a living.
“When people ask about me, like my aunties and family members, she said, ‘I wish I could say you were doing something different,'” Evans said. “But she’s still very proud of me.”
“She does have to kind of lie; if a distant relative asks what I’m doing for a living, she’s not going to tell the truth, and I don’t want her to tell the truth.”
Evans, who posts on OnlyFans, said her mother has seen the effect the work has had on her confidence.
“She’s happy I’m not so insecure anymore, and is proud that I turned my height, which was something I saw as a negative thing that I couldn’t change, into something positive,” she said.
“I’m able to make money from my height and use it to look after the people I love.”
That support has motivated her, Evans said.
“I think having support makes me even more inclined to do things like this, to spoil her and take her away,” she said.
She had a message for parents who resist a child’s decision to join the platform.
“Part of me wants to say, you need to stay on their good side because you’ll get treated well, you’ll get looked after,” she said.
“It’s a job at the end of the day,” Evans said. “It gives me freedom, lets me travel, and means I can spoil my loved ones. I’m proud that I can use my income to give my mum a better life.”
