Jade Alyssa Alvarez Killed By Boyfriend Adam Byrd After Refusing To Have Kids With Him, Police Say

After admitting to shooting his 22-year-old girlfriend earlier this month, a man from Texas is currently being held in jail.

KSAT reported that Adam Byrd, a 23-year-old man, admitted to killing Jade Alyssa Alvarez when she revealed she did not want to have a child with him.

Adam Byrd first got taken into custody on a warrant for robbery and then got questioned about the murder. That’s when he told police that he killed Alvarez with the same gun he used for the other two robberies.

A capture testimony says that Byrd committed the burglaries on April 1st, and Jade Alyssa Alvarez was tracked down and found dead in the street at around 6:30 a.m. on April 6th. She sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

After five days, specialists talked with an observer who was with Alvarez before the shooting and said Alvarez was utilizing their telephone to chat with Byrd late at night on April 5th.

Byrd requested that the observer drop Alvarez off on Capitol Avenue, which the observer did between 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. Hours after the fact, she was pronounced dead.

The capture sworn statement said Byrd affirmed the report that he’d requested to meet Alvarez on Capital Avenue and gave subtleties that certified proof found at the scene.

Police added a homicide charge to the two exasperated burglary charges. A preliminary hearing for him got scheduled for May 31st.
