During an appearance on NBC Sports Bay Area, the former NFL quarterback discussed Cam Newton’s flashy gameday attire, saying, “You go into this game with two touchdowns, four interceptions, you threw what, three more interceptions? … Why are you dressing like that to bring more attention to yourself?” Newton responded by saying, “You know what, he’s exactly right. But I’m not changing the way I dress.”

First of all Jeff Garcia, while you were in the NFL you were never as good as Cam Newton. You were never a MVP type caliber player. You only had 3 winning seasons in your 10 year career. Garcia you was pretty much a disappointment his whole career and now he wants to go on TV and disrespect Cam Newton. What does his game day attire have to do with his performance in the game? You want him to change his game day attire? Like for what reason though. This is unacceptable and disgusting.
