It appears that actress Jessica Alba may have inadvertently coined a new pop-culture term, “joymaxxing,” after posting a happy vacation on social media.
The Honest Company CEO Jessica Alba uploaded vacation photos showing her having fun riding jet skis with friends, playing around on a float, and spending some downtime with her boyfriend, actor Danny Ramirez.
One picture features the celebrity duo seated on a yacht, wearing casual beachwear. There was also an image of Alba and Ramirez standing next to each other, with her wearing sunglasses and him leaning into her, against a stunning ocean view.
However, many people paid more attention to the attractive appearance of Alba, now 45, than to their relationship.
“Being that sexy at 45 is a war crime,” one commenter wrote.
Another explained that it is tied to the current online trend: “Oh. Now I get why $maxxing has been trending…It’s the Jessica Alba effect.”
