A Long Island man has been arrested for menacing and endangering the welfare of a 13-year-old boy.

The minor was playing ding dong ditch with five of his friends. One of the well known pranks in the world went wrong after the owner of the home chased the 13-year-old boy down in his vehicle to confront him. The man who chased down the young boy has been identified as John Petrillo.
In the video you can see John bang the young man head off the window of the car and proceed to threaten the minor and his family life. Before the camera started rolling, John pulled the boy off his bike, police say.
John Petrillo will make an appearance in court today for his charges of menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.

This is absolutely disturbing. It’s hard to believe that someone could stoop so low as to threaten a child and their parents. I hope justice is served swiftly in this case. We need to protect our kids!
