After Social Services contacted the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office on April 18th regarding a sexual assault involving a juvenile under the age of 16, a Kentucky man has been detained and charged with third-degree rape.
Following an investigation, the McCracken County Detectives discovered that 28-year-old Kaleb Terry of Paducah, Kentucky, had sexual contact with the child.
According to a statement from the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, Kaleb Terry admitted during an interview that he had a sexual relationship with the juvenile.
Terry was detained and transported to the regional jail in McCracken County.
