The complex situation has unfolded with differing perspectives, as Sarunas fights to keep his 5-year-old daughter, Zen, in California, while Dominique raises her in Texas.
According to documents obtained by Radar Online, Dominique claims she never prevented Sarunas from seeing their daughter, with visitations sometimes requiring travel due to her permanent residence being in Texas. She explained that she had previously owned a house in both Texas and California but had to let go of the California property due to financial constraints.
However, things took a turn when Dominique informed Sarunas that Texas would become her permanent home. In response, Sarunas reportedly went behind her back and filed a court petition, seeking to prevent her from leaving California. His petition, filed in September, argued that his daughter still resided in California and requested joint legal and physical custody.
Dominique, on the other hand, is demanding that the case be dismissed in California. She highlights the sporadic nature of Sarunas’ visitation routines, which depend on when he expresses a desire to see Zen. Given Sarunas’ successful career and extensive travel commitments, Dominique expresses concerns about the responsibility for their child during his extended absences.
