Kenosha Police announce Officer Rusten Sheskey, who shot Jacob Blake multiple times in the back, will not face any discipline.

Rusten Sheskey returned from administrative leave on March 31, Kenosha PD says. The DA declined in January to file charges against him.

Blake is paralyzed from the waist down.
