Leaders of the Bloods, Crips and other Gangs Met Up in Los Angeles for a “Unity Meeting” After the Death of Nipsey Hussle

Nipsey Hussle was going to meet with RocNation and LAPD officials about how they can stop gang violence in Los Angeles. The musician and entrepreneur Nipsey Hussle was tragically murdered a day ahead of said meeting; but his community peers are picking up the baton to continue the marathon because the marathon never stops.

Marquis Diamond shared a photo on his Instagram Friday documenting a “unity meeting” between multiple Los Angeles gang leaders planning to honor and run with Nipsey’s blueprint for change in their community.

The culture is coming together to continue on the legacy of Nipsey Hussle. Nipsey Hussle is a legend who created opportunities for his people. He created jobs for felons coming out of prison. He created a stem center in his hood for the youth to have resources to become an entrepreneur. Nipsey Hussle is what a black man supposed to be.
