Malcom Taylor: Alabama Man Drags His Dog With His Truck (WATCH THE FULL VIDEO)

An old man in Hackleburg, Alabama which is a small town in Marion County was confronted for dragging his dog with his truck.

In the video, it appears the dog was tied up near the front of truck by the neck. If the man was driving in the video he could possibly be suffocating the dog.

The uploader of the video reveals if he didn’t intervene the dog would have died. He also reveals the man name and says the dog is safe with the Humane Society.
